Microsoft has announced 19 more Xbox classics for the Xbox this week and will be offering the “new” old games in two waves.

Owners of an Xbox One can look forward to various old classics for their console this month. 19 new games from the Xbox-time will come, starting with the first wave, which includes 8 games and will be released on April 17:

Blinx: The Time Sweeper

Breakdown

Conker: Live & Reloaded

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

Hunter: The Reckoning

Jade Empire

Tank Dragoon Orta

SSX 3

It continues with the much larger wave, which appears on April 26:

Destroy All Humans!

Full Spectrum Warrior

Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction

MX Unleashed

Panzer Elite Action: Fields of Glory

Star Wars: Battlefront

Star Wars: Battlefront II

Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy

Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter

Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords

Star Wars: Republic Commando

There will also be a couple of Xbox 360 games optimized for the One X:

Darksiders

Gears of War 2

Portal 2

Red Dead Redemption

Sonic Generations

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed

Personally, I’m a big fan of such classics, and I’d even like to play Jedi Academy on a modern console. Microsoft states that it is not so easy to get the old games on modern┬ádevices,┬ábecause there are some old contracts for the licenses on it. But nice to see that there are such classics as a new edition, definitely a plus for me.
